Each circuit class has a minimum of 20 work stations and drills specifically designed and integrated to increase a students fitness, conditioning, endurance and overall strength. Our circuit classes incorporate elements such as ground and pound, resistance training, Thai based striking stations utilizing weapons such as punches, kick, knees and elbows as well as various abdominal workouts, skipping, grappling, weight/kettle bell based stations designed to increase strength and agility and much, much more. |

We offer two specific circuit classes aimed at overall body conditioning, toning, weight loss, fitness and strength increase.
LEGS & CORE on Mondays 7.00-8.00pm
UPPER BODY & CONDITIONING on Fridays 7.00-8.00pm
