Circuit Training

At Black Widow Martial Arts Academy & Health Club, we have developed several great circuit training classes which are aimed at anyone from novice level upto pro fighter level.

Each circuit class has a minimum of 20 work stations and drills specifically designed and integrated to increase a students fitness, conditioning, endurance and overall strength. Our circuit classes incorporate elements such as ground and pound, resistance training, Thai based striking stations utilizing weapons such as punches, kick, knees and elbows as well as various abdominal workouts, skipping, grappling, weight/kettle bell/TRX based stations designed to increase strength and agility and much, much more.

We offer specific circuit classes aimed at overall body conditioning, toning, weight loss, fitness and strength increase, please check time tables for class times.

Unlike other gyms our circuits are continuously updated and developed to challenge students each time they attend. These are great sessions and are a brilliant workout for all who participate.
