Roy has been with our academy from the very beginning and started training with us before Black Widow Martial Arts Academy was formally founded.
Having now coached at the gym since 2008, Roy is one of the most experienced instructors at our academy and has a wealth of knowledge both in and out of the boxing ring, having competed himself on several occasions in both Muay Thai & Boxing bouts.
Roy brings an explosive amount of energy to all his classes and delivers classes from beginner level upto fighters classes.
